His approach is simple: wine should be fun, approachable, and always bring people together.

Our new owner, Natalie, oversees both the kitchen and the cellar at Bar Piquette, combining her passion for food with a firm belief that good wine doesn’t have to be expensive. As owner and wine professional, she works closely with the team to create a welcoming space where thoughtful bites and great bottles are meant to be shared.
