CRAFTED PLATES
Our chef focuses on simple plates made with care. Thoughtful preparation and seasonal ingredients come together in flavours that pair naturally with the wines we love to pour. Itβs food designed for sharing, grazing, and lingering over another glass.
SEASONAL INGREDIENTS
Great wine deserves great ingredients. Our menu changes with the seasons and highlights fresh produce, quality meats, and cheeses chosen for flavour and balance. The goal is simple: honest food that complements the glass in your hand
HIDDEN GEMS
Our wine list is built around discovery. Small producers, interesting regions, and bottles you wonβt typically find on the shelves of the LCBO. Whether youβre exploring something new or rediscovering a favourite style, thereβs always a hidden gem waiting.
Meet THE TEAM
Thierry
General Manager, Head Sommelier
Thierryβs passion for wine is matched only by the energy he brings to the room. As Head Sommelier at Bar Piquette, he loves introducing guests to unexpected bottles, hidden gems, and the stories behind them. His approach is simple: wine should be fun, approachable, and always bring people together.
natalie
Owner, Wine Professional
Our new owner, Natalie, oversees both the kitchen and the cellar at Bar Piquette, combining her passion for food with a firm belief that good wine doesnβt have to be expensive. As owner and wine professional, she works closely with the team to create a welcoming space where thoughtful bites and great bottles are meant to be shared.
Kevin
Executive Chef
Kevin leads the kitchen at Bar Piquette with a focus on thoughtful, seasonal cooking. His approach is rooted in simplicity, letting quality ingredients speak for themselves while building dishes that pair naturally with great wine. The result: a menu of plates designed for sharing, conversation, and the kind of evenings that stretch into the night.
